DECEMBER/JANUARY 2026 - INVESTMENT COMPLETED
It has happened! We have reached the end of our first investment! With a slight delay for reasons beyond our control, but we did it:-) At the moment, the last works around the building are being carried out, so that when the beautiful sunny days return we can show off what we have created and summarise the whole investment in a short video... this video will also allude to a project we already have in the plans for this year 😉 .
November 2025 - Facade
The final stage completing the work inside was the installation of underfloor heating in all rooms and the laying of a screed. On the outside, the insulation of the building was done. The effect of this work can be admired in the photo, where, in addition to the façade, one can also see the outline of the fence that is being erected around the investment.

Autumn on the "Manor Nest"
September 2025 - Stage 5: Plastering
Unfortunately, the weather is taking its toll on us and we can't do any landscaping work around the building, but there's a lot going on inside!
August 2025 - Phase 4: Partition walls
A month full of work. In addition to the construction of partition walls, roofing, flashing, plumbing, window joinery and our forest "Relaxation Zone" is slowly taking shape 😃.
July 2025 - Stage 3: Masonry work
IS POWER
The brickwork of the building's external walls was completed this month. Work on the roof structure has begun. The project is at the stage of open shell.
June 2025 - Stage 2: Masonry
This month, the external walls of the ground floor were completed along with the reinforced concrete columns. We also managed to do the full formwork and reinforcement of the stairs and ceiling. Despite the violent storms and rains and the heat, our schedule remains unwavering.
May 2025 - Phase 1: Foundations
We have completed the work of pouring the footings and carrying out damp proofing. The ground has been adequately prepared and the foundations are a solid base for further construction stages. The weather was favourable and the work proceeded on schedule.
